I’ve installed RCRN, but now Skyrim crashes immediatly, what can i do?
You’re probably using an old version of the runtime DirectX component, you can update it through the Microsoft website by following this link: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35

I updated the DirectX component but Skyrim still crashes on the beginning, any advice?
please try to set the Skyrim executable (TESV.exe) to run as administrator. (Right click TESV.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Check “Run this program as administrator.”)

I’ve done all the previous things, but the game is still crashing!
Turn off any on-screen display programs and monitoring tools such as ATI Tray Tools, MSI Afterburner, GPU-Z, XFire etc. (No issues reported with Fraps, so you can use it without any problem)

Can I use SMAA together with RCRN?
Not at the moment, we are working on integrating it into RCRN. Stay tuned!

Can I use ENB with RCRN?
Yes you can, via dll proxy. (but remember that RCRN is designed to be Stand-Alone!)

Is the standard FXAA Post Process Injector required for running RCRN?
Absolutely no, RCRN is stand-alone, it’s based on some parts of the FXAA Post Process Injector technology but it’s not compatible with it. So please remove it before installing RCRN.

What in-game Brightness and Contrast settings I should use for RCRN?
None! RCRN is developed to working with the standard values, so please do not mess with the in-game sliders!

What graphics settings are used for making the RCRN’s screenshots?

What mods are used for making RCRN’s screenshots?
Only RCRN merged with Realistic Water! (no strange textures, no random stuff!)

Why is Realistic Water no longer included in RCRN?
Due the increased custom options that are available in RWT, we suggest to download it directly from its SkyrimNexus page!
